I've just placed an order, how do I pay?

After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order and instructions on how to pay by Bitcoin.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, check your junk folder. If you still don’t see an email from us, double check your email address. If you provide an incorrect email address, you will need to cancel and re-order with the correct email address.

When will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 days of received payment. We aim to ship your order out same day to the best of our ability. Your order will be shipped via Canada Post Express. You can expect delivery within 1-3 days of shipment.

How can I track my order?

Tracking is available after/when we drop off your order at the post. You will receive an email with a link to your Canada Post tracking.

If you have any special delivery requests, you can provide that information to Canada Post on your tracking number (see below).

What if I entered the wrong address?

Please double check your shipping information! If there are any typos with your address, causing you to not receive your package, we will not reship at our cost. We do not cover any packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer negligence. If a package is returned to us, it will be deemed lost.

My package was lost or stolen. Can you help me?

If your package gets lost by Canada Post, we will re-ship at our cost, one time only. We do not offer replacement packages if the tracking number says ‘delivered’.

We will not reship at our cost if your package gets stolen or is mis-delivered by Canada Post.

TO AVOID THEFT AND MIS-DELIVERY: Sign up for Flex Delivery. This way, your package stays safe at your local post office until you pick it up. 

Are the orders shipped discreet and securely?

Orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped in a pre-paid Canada Post Express bubble mailer with a nondescript, vague shipper’s name, such as APT Industries, Kinetic Technologies, Roadster Designs, etc.

Do you test your products and provide a safety guarantee?

YES! Of course we test every batch! We use a third-party testing facility in Vancouver, British Clumbia. You can find test results for the product you are interested in in the gallery photos on the product page.

Note:  Testing your drugs does not guarantee that a drug is safe to use! The FTIR and test strips may not be able to detect all unexpected or dangerous substances!

Should I still get my drugs tested when I receive them?

We encourage people to test their drugs when they receive them, even though we have already tested them. Peace of mind goes a long way when beginning a trip, and can contribute positively to your overall experience.
